It’s a game, it should be fun
At vsjack we are all gamers. We have been playing games since we were kids and love the excitement. Now that we are adults we have added money to the equation to make it even more exciting. It’s still just a game though. We never play for more than we can afford to lose and never let it affect the everyday part of our lives.
We want to ensure all players at vsjack feel the same way about gaming and we really don’t want to be a part of negativity in someone’s life. Therefore we have a number of measures in place to ensure responsible gaming and help anyone who starts going down the wrong track.

Restrict your spend
If you know you sometimes go beyond the limits you are comfortable with it can be good to set some boundaries. Even if you feel pretty confident about your self control you could still set boundaries just to be sure. Therefore we have self-service tools which enable you to set levels for your spend.
The tools are:
- Limit for each deposit
Defines the max size of a single deposit
- Limit for all deposits during a period
Defines how much you can deposit per day, week or month.
Set these limits youself by logging in to your account and clicking your username in the header. From there you will find the controls under the tab named limits. You can also email support at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will set them for you.
When you set a limit, you also set the time frame this limit is valid. Once set you can’t under any circumstances increase your limit during the defined time frame.
If you have come to the conclusion that you shouldn’t be playing for money at all, you can choose to block yourself from all gaming at vsjack.
Set this limits yourself by logging in to your account and clicking your username in the header. From there you will find the control under the tab named limits. You can also email support at email@example.com and they will set it for you.
Gambling is for adults
Even though all ages can enjoy games, we believe gambling should only be done by adults.
We do everything in our power to ensure our players are at least 18 years old. For some countries we set the bar even higher to comply with local legislation.
If you are an adult youself but have minors among you we recommend you setup Internet filtering software to restrict anyone but yourself to access gambling sites from your computer.
